Your breasts will usually be painful when they start to develop and when they are growing. Mine didn't develop until i was about 15! everyone is different and everyones develop at different times! If you're still a bit worried ask your mum, even though it might be a bit scary, or ask your GP, they can tell you what you need to know and reassure you!
