The 'Cold War' between the USA and the USSR fuelled a great deal of rivalry into gettiing a man on the moon. This so called 'Space Race' virtually ended when the USA made the first landing on the moon. Up until then the Russians were winning outright - the first artificial satellite (Sputnik 1), the first animals in space, the first manned mission into space, the first space walk, the first crashlanding of an artificial unmanned craft on thhe moon and so on. However, the prize was the moon - and walking on it. When the Russians realised they had lost that they put their efforts into developing a space station in orbit round the earth. This developed into the MIR space station - probably the most versatile and successful mission after the Voyager probes. The MIR outlived all expectations of its lifespan, and, as it eventually became worn and outdated - and a little unreliable - it was finally scrapped in favour of co-operation with the US and others in developing the International Space Station.
None, the Russians haven't even been to the moon. however, a number of their unmanned landers did crash into the moon.
There havn't been any females landing on the moon. The Americans didn't allow female crew at that time for the lunar landings and the Russians only ever sent two probes to the moon.
The Russians (in those days, the USSR) did have plans to land a man on the moon, but the failure of the N1 launcher rocket caused the project to be abandoned in the 1970s. So no Russian has ever walked on the moon.
None, as far as is publicly known.
The Russians have failed to make a single moon landing, they were not interested in landing on the moon.
Yes i have it (havent completed it) but i only have ever been a girl :(
So far, the only people to visit the Moon have been 12 Americans. No Russians or people of any other nationality have been to the Moon.

The Russians have yet to land on the moon.
No Russian cosmonauts have ever made it to the moon although the Russians have sent a robot to the moon once even before the US made it to the moon.
Yes, both the Russians and the Americans have landed 'probes' on the Moon. The Americans have also landed men there.
There has never been a dog on the moon. However, a dog named Laika was sent into space by the Russians.
No woman has ever been to the moon. The only people who have walked on the moon were male astronauts from the United States during the Apollo missions in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
