If a girl hasn't gotten her period at the age of 17-18 she has to see a doctor. There are pills that can help the body to start it, sometimes Birth Control pills even if it sounds weird. You have to be checked by a doctor and have tests taken on your hormones.

well what i can understand your question im 13 too...my period started in may for the 1st time and since now in (jan.)i havent had my period since october 2011....the thing is im irregular and it's normal to skip for your first year...about your boobs i cant help yuu with that.....yess i have a problem too with my boobs to get them bigger
