Some do. Depends on the property. There would be a size restriction I am sure along with this. Most have only so many rooms that they would dedicate to animals. Most guests do not want to stay in a room that has previously been occupied by an animal - for sake of Allergies. Same as smoking. This is not something easily cleaned up / away. It is a potential destruction to property.
I not sure la.. I think its a big troblem face to hotelier.... Hotel is a big group, is an entertainment places, it to let people to stay and relax.... Some of the dogs aren't control, they wil barking or even though "make cake" This is my answer....pLZ comment
