What foods cause high trygliceride levels?

This question will not invite because you asked the wrong question!!! Remember, wrong spelling is wrong question.. Correct spelling is "triglyceride" and not "trygliceride" This question will not solicit answers because the spelling is wrong. You should have spelled "trygliceride" the proper way, that is "triglyceride".. I hope this will contribute..

What do you think of people that try to help you fix your question but don't really answer?

Actually, they can be helpful. If you spell things wrong, these might be the only ones who can understand your question. They might not have the answers, but they make it to where others can answer. It is possible they make wrong calls, since you could have worded it in a way that makes it possible to have two different answers, and they might reword it to the wrong intended meaning of the two or more possibilities. But overall, I think they can be helpful. Also, a lot of times, the answer does already exist, and when they fix it, it can get merged into the answer with the correct spelling.
