The Queen gives you planetary coordinates when you accept your quest. The secret message is in the Maid's room (first floor left in the castle). The missing journal page is under Mordred's bed on the second floor of the Museum (see related question).

The Princess note is in the maid's room of the castle (first floor left). The secret message is on a table to the right of the bed. You should take this with you and go upstairs inside the mill. The second message from the Princess is in her room in the tower. Get the rope from the side of the mill, attach it to the giant bow at the castle, and shoot a line over to the door (you get several tries). The note lets you look under Mordred's bed in the Museum, where you find his missing journal page.
