The water pump is leaking and needs replacing. they all have a small hole like a pressure release. when the impeller shaft seal goes bad they weep or pour out of that hole. believe me i just did one today and none are fun. I've found that the water pumpseal is a fairly common failure. good luck
probly leaking at the y pipe coming off of the water pump it is adealer only part,its a steel pie that is leaking at crimp welds or a pin hole,its a common thig with wind stars
