because it's American. They can't even keep their news messaging working.

I quit with so-called AOL broadband a year ago, after they were taken over by Carphone Warehouse. They were bad anyway and then became worse. When I left them for Tiscali they had the nerve to tell me Tiscali were the worst. I was disgusted to learn that Tiscali were then bought by Carphone and all of them are now Talk-Talk. In reality, the landline is run by BT, but BT are pathetic too and don't even acknowledge emails.

What a shambles, and the data rate is pretty lousy too.
