"The Thousand and One Nights" is rich in narrative techniques and it presents before the reader an amazing, dream world as well as reality. While reading this book, we are transfered to the ancient world of Cairo, Egypt and Baghdad and we can see the people, hear their sounds, smell the Athar and touch and sense everything.

Even though set in the Asian world, the stories can be applied to anyone around the world and they are appealing.
