Ghana is a developing country because it depends highly on it mother country for support and also the world bank mostly give them loans on conditions,thereby limiting their status ,progress and decision making . Again most of the citizens of Ghana are illiterate and as a result reduces the highly skilled labour to utlize the available resources effectively for optimum satisfaction.

Ghana is less developed because of the low production capacity of its exports and its over reliance on donor funds. most of the internally generated revenue in Ghana is channelled towards payment of salaries. capital projects are mostlly financed by Aids/ Loans/ and donor funds.
