I think the message you're seeing is probably the one that lets you know your request for a page at Google.com has been intercepted.
One common reason for this to happen is if you're using a public wifi service somewhere (such as at an airport or hotel). Many providers of unsecured wifi service require that users agree to certain conditions and/or sign in before using it. Until then, requests to access web pages will be redirected to a sign-in page where you will need to agree to the terms and conditions (and possibly provide some additional information, or watch an ad from a company sponsoring the service, or something like that).
Chrome is telling you that you requested the page www.google.com and instead the local DNS is redirecting you to www.sponsoredwifi.net or whatever. This doesn't necessarily mean anything nefarious is happening, but it might, if the wifi provider tries to make the page you're directed to look like Google's web page in an attempt to get you to enter your (say) gmail password. So Chrome is letting you know: The page you're about to see may look like Google's home page, but it's really not. Be careful.
You may of misspelled something when you made it. You can click forgot password and reset the gmail account.
May be that the dll File was corrupted or broken . Suggestion : Uninstall Corrrupted Google Chrome & Install a new Version From Google's Website .
