Why is anyone a liar? It's in his make up, that's why. His political opponents believe his lies are the stuff of legend, much as the previous president, George W. Bush, was often accused of lying by his opponents. But while politicians are often accused of being dishonest, it is not just in politics that you find dishonesty-- people in all walks of life are guilty of it sometimes; no one can really say why another person lies.
Yes

I wouldn't say crazy ; more like a huge, huge liar. Regardless of political persuasion, no one could reasonably accuse the President of being either crazy or a liar.
It is very unlikely that Obama has lied under oath. As for "spinning " his policies, putting things in the best light, the odds are very good that he does that. That is what politicians and lawyers learn to do and Obama is both.
I hope that America will see Obama for what he really is. I would have rather had Hillary Clinton as President then Obama. He is a liar and his wife is one of the biggest racial bigot on the liberal ticket. It appears that he and his supporters are making things worse rather then better for America.
