Because Pakistan lies on the junction of two tectonic plates, which are moving against each other.
If it is near the Ring of Fire (or Pacific Ring of Fire) it will be vulnerable to many earthquakes.
Magic.
because its on a fault line
yeah i think so
As per my thinking , it may be vulnerable to Earthquakes as a plate boundary crosses near it.
Previous earthquake occurrences, nearness to active volcanoes, and location in the area where crustal [or lithospheric or tectonic] plates meet make a place more vulnerable to earthquakes.
ys, there was one in Pakistan
We do not know exactly but we know that there was a big earthquake in 1998
Pakistan has been hit by earthquakes very few times but severely. The worst one occurred a few years back in Northern Areas, Upper Punjab and Azad Kashmir. The Magnitude of this earthquake was 8.1. Over 80,000 people died facing this calamity.
in srilanka ,pakistan and ect
It is a small country in an area prone to earthquakes. -APEX:)
because japan is in something called "the ring of fire" where the techtonich plates are most vulnerable to shift around.
