The 'S' stands for Sadism, which means the joy of inflicting pain or humiliation on others. The 'M' stands for masochism, which means joy of receiving pain.
Alternately, it means Sadomasochism, which is where people inflict pain on each other for joy.
The song S & M has popped up in the charts many a time, however cannot be showed as the video contains inappropriate footage.
