The Cathedral is the Hagia Sophia -- pronounced ah-ya so-fee-a. (Greek Ἁγία Σοφία / Turkish Ayasofya)
I think its a possibility that Verizon could be the best cell phone service due to it being very popular with people. So, something must be like about this place.
Each cathedral has its own history. The basic definition of a cathedral is the place where the cathedra is. The cathedra is the chair the bishop uses. So a cathedral is usually the big church or the main parish within a wider diocese, which the bishop is the leader for.
A cathedral is a church where there is a bishop. No one lived in the cathedral itself. At a cathedral, there was usually a monastery or abbey, the bishop's palace, possibly a school, possibly a hospital, and other buildings. These included housing for monks, nuns, students, servants, workers, administrators, and so on.
Sans Souci palace, the Citadel, the Iron Market, the Cathedral of Notre Dame (not the one in France) St. Louis Cathedral, Bassin Bleue, Labadee and so many more.
It is an important historic site, a wonder to see, and a beautiful building. Services are not conducted in it today. You aren't telling me why st basil's cathedral is so important. Could you tell me that?
John Calvin was the great reformer who preached in St. Pierre's Cathedral in Geneva, Switzerland. A fire, wars, renovations, and additions have changed the look of the Cathedral and destroyed so many artifacts. Calvin's pulpit is no longer in the Cathedral, but the chair where he spent countless hours studying and praying survived all throughout the years. It is housed in the Cathedral today.

I don't believe they were planning on making the San Andreas stories available for the Playstation 3. Also the Playstation 3 is not as popular now as it used to be and the Playstation 4 will be out soon so there would be no point. (Hope this helped)
I think the Rochester Cathedral was "built in" the denomination of the Catholic Church. I think so because there were no other denominations around in 604 A.D., when it was built. When the King of England took over the Church in England, he would also have taken over Rochester Cathedral and made it Anglican (Church of England).
ive read a cathedral is so named because it is/was were the chair for a bishop is/was held . (latin-chair) A minster is a church which would have originaly housed monks etc to go out to preach to the nearby population e.g -york minster is in fact both a cathedral and minster!
