Why is Twilight saga romantic and horror and drama?

Well its romantic because its about a girl and a boy that love each other. So in BREAKING DAWN the marry and soon get pregnant with a half vampire half human. But about vampires mostly. But then this other boy falls in love with the girl. So love, fights and much more. is this ok?

Twilight is fiction because do you really think there are vampires and werewolves out there? If you want to go deeper, Twilight is both a romantic comedy and fantasy!
