WikiAnswers is usually fairly accurate, as unlike many sites any question - and its rewordings - is answered with a unique, coherent statement or opinion (sometimes many of each).
Where an answer is not accurate, this is often because the question is not specific enough to be answered exactly; others because the person answering does not know/ has not given every detail, just enough to give you an overview or enough to start with.
Some questions also don't include enough information to be interpreted as a question, let alone answered, but these are usually removed from the general site.
In my opinion, Wikianswers is better because anyone can change facts on Wikipedia, which may not be accurate. With Wikianswers, people ask questions and you give them a fact or accurate opinion.
All answers are 100% accurate and we at wikiAnswers check each and every answer to make sure they are correct.
No, it is not a very accurate website because anybody can answer the questions posted. There are some accurate and some not very accurate and some not accurate answers at all in this site.

Who me? Oh no, you are mistaken. WikiAnswers does not think it is fooling anyone. It is up front with its intentions on being a site that is only around to help people get accurate answers to their questions.
The answers are provided by many hundreds of WikiAnswers users, and there are many thousands that have accurate answers. If you are in doubt about any answer, please research the material. The answers are not always 100% correct.
Because there are just random people giving random, but maybe accurate answers out there. Like me.
My suggestion, go see an optometrist. They would be more qualified to give you an accurate answer than we here at WikiAnswers.
To provide an accurate answer on WikiAnswers, the most important thing is to make sure the answer is correct and verifiable. Do some research to make sure. Also, even if you don't do research and know the answer off the top of your head, make sure you explain your answer, and don't simply make it one word long.
Due to the fact that an question can be answered by anyone I would say Wikipedia, but keep in mind that WikiAnswers is great for specific questions and there are some pretty knowledgeable people on this site.
It is extremely easy to give the wrong answer on WikiAnswers. However, it is just as easy to give an accurate one. Since anyone in the world, registered or not, can answer a question, it is pretty easy to give an inaccurate answer.
Chances of getting any answer - 99%. Chances of getting an accurate answer - probably 75%
