Low coolant? defective thermostat? Heater core plugged, restricted, or airbound? Control cable not working? Water pump not circulating coolant?

You should check the thermostat and the fuse for the heater.

you need a new thermostat and possibly some anitfreeze
check your antifreeze and water...maybe water pump too.check for a thermostat that is not closing ,.in other words a faulty thermostat
