Why banana a brain food?

Answer: There's supposed to be a serious reason, being that there's one or more nutrients in fish which are apparently good for the brain. But I've always thought the question is a joke, because fish are said to travel in schools. Get it, fish are smart because they're in schools? Ha-Ha!
