firstly, bulimia isn't like a dieseas. its like an addiction. and we all know that addiction is hard to let go of. as years pregress; the ability to conceal the act of bulimia gets harder as the body weakens from the constant purging. like drug addiction; the more one consumes a drug, the more they are inclined to abuse it.
bulimia is used as a tool of self assurances for the low esteemed individuals. as well as a form of sanctuary. once a suffered has a place to be "calm, safe and assured" its very hard and diffifuclt for them to discard the feeling of pyschological comfort which bulimia is able to offer them.
most advisors recommend professional help to stop bulimia as it is considered a mental disorder.
Bulimia remains deadly and difficult todetect. "It's like telling an alcoholic that you can only have this drink, and you can ..." I couldn't get the rest of the Bold. Sorry!
Yes, it is. But it only has one 'L' (Dispel).
This is actually really common with bulimia (binging and purging), which is often why it's hard to detect. From my understanding, a person with bulimia usually consumes enough calories to maintain their weight. When a person binges, they are consuming excess calories, so when they purge they are getting rid of these EXCESS calories, preventing them from gaining weight, but not making them lose weight.
It can be bulimia, or just binge eating then purging... so it may be either.
Hello, although I don't know exactly how long bulimia takes, anorexia starts in...i dont know a week or so?? So my guess for bulimia....about 4 or 5 days Hope I helped!!!
Exercise equipment does not cause bulimia, low self-esteem and respect for your body causes bulimia. However, often times bulimics over-exercise in their attempt to lose weight, so exercise and bulimia can sometimes be paired together.
It's not an eating disorder 'caused by', but rather 'classified by' and it is known as Bulimia Nervosa. Google it.

Bulimia is a mental disorder, so really a person can have the healthiest life style in the world and still be bulimic. Princess Diana had quite a fantastic life style, and she suffered from bulimia for years.
there are 2 types of bulimia, they are Anorexia Nervosa & Bulimia Eating Disorder.
Yes, more so from bulimia, though (vomit contains acidic stomach juices which wear away at tooth enamel).
