"Climate is what we expect; weather is what we get."
We don't know why Texas, and the eastern part of the USA, has been abnormally warm while we in California have been shivering through some unusually cold mornings. I live in a suburb of Sacramento, CA, and we _expect_ 15 or more 100 degree days in July. So far in 2011, we have had ONE.

25 degrees cooler.
Hydrogen is lighter than air. As to the temperature it depends on where the heat source is, hydrogen can either be warmer, cooler or the same temperature as air
Because 0 oC is a lower value (cooler) than 20 oC - 25 oC (room temperature)

Because Texas has more than they need and California does not have enough.
Almost always cooler than the rim.
Body temperature is higher than atmospheric temperature. Cooler air from outside cools the nostrils, hence nose is colder than other adjacent body parts.
The temperature is the same no matter where you test the sample. There is no region that is hotter or cooler than another.
20 degrees cooler than the ambient (room)temperature.
