The games are rated just like the movies based on the games content and like in the movies it only requires a single scene to result in a mature rating. The actual guns do not effect the rating only the showing of the blood and gore, the intense level of violence, and a strong language can mean a single use of certain word. Once the game is rated mature the online restrictions for mature games apply and the strong language used in online play is the effect of the rating and not the cause for it. Different rating apply to different countries and the MA15 is the lowest age rating for the PS3, Xbox 360 versions of the game, most restrictions in other countries are 17 or older
It's because the Guns are so realistic and they are some of the latest guns on the planet and there isn't much blood at all so i don't know why it is MA it should only be M. The people who rate our games are stupid.
