because in the first, the one you like or love is nice to you so that you will be developed on him and when you took to a relationship longer and longer he or she love or like will be change and gone co'z all of this time he or she will find another and start what he or she had done to you...

Generally being friends with an ex does not work and both parties should move forward in their lives. Instead of him being honest and telling you the relationship is completely over and he doesn't want to be friends he may feel guilty to a degree and tries to fulfill the need to let you talk to him and then gets annoyed you took so much of his time. It is best for the both of you when you speak with him the next time that it is 'you' that feels the both of you should move forward in life separately.
