A town called Punxsutawney in western Pennsylvania decided to worship what we in eastern Pa call a woodchuck. In most of Pa you can shoot woodchucks because they are varmits and are destructive in pastures. But this strange town called Punxsutawney was a god-less place and they chose to worship this varmit they named Phil.
