It is important to preserve our natural area's because they provide us with resources that we use every day, the trees also help reduce the amount of green house gasses in the atmosphere causing the Earth to maintain a stable climate. Without trees the soil would come dry and years later the world would be mostly barren deserts. The animals would become extinct and we would be limiting our food sources, if the animals go then we go with them. If we don't preserve the ecosystem then we could face possible extinction.
