It is not necessarily better, but it does make you sound more sophisticated.
In definision, mitosis is division of the nucleus and not the cell (cytokenesis is the division of the cytoplasm. Mitosis involves the the Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, and Telophase. These phases only replicate the nucleus and not the whole cell. Cytokenesis, however, involves the replication or sharing of all the other organelles. Have fun on the AP Bio Lab.
Amitosis is nuclear division occurring without symmetry, and as such is a rather random type of division with without proper structure. Mitosis and Meiosis do differ in the number of daughter cells, mitosis with 2 and meiosis with 4. This, however, is also not a fair comparison, as mitosis and meiosis result in different types of cells.
the next generation offs will be with double set of chromosomes. and the set of chromosomes will multiply with the generations as the mitosis is equal division.
Although plant cells indeed have strong cell walls, they are still capable of undergoing cell division. Cell division in plants occurs through a process called mitosis, wherein the cell elongates and undergoes cytokinesis, resulting in the formation of two daughter cells. The presence of cell walls does not prevent cell division, but rather allows for rigidity and support in the plant structure.
Chromosomes form when the chromatin condenses in mitosis

It isn't a better knowledge of cell division, but rather, a better knowledge of cell differentiation that allows us the possibility of one day inducing limb or organ regeneration. We know a lot about mitosis, but not nearly enough about the signals that induce differentiation.
Paramecium reproduces through mitosis, since it is a single celled Eukaryote. I suppose it is not called "mitosis," but rather "asexual reproduction," but it uses the same processes.
During cell division, the nuclear envelope doesn't really "divide", but rather it dissolves away to allow the chromosomes to line up to initiate metaphase.

Sex cells, or germ cells; in females the eggs, and in males the sperm. They go through meiosis, and unlike in mitosis are only haploid, so they only have one copy of the genetic material, so that when they meet with another germ cell, they form a diploid zygote.
No, anaphase is the stage of cell division when the chromosomes are pulled and pushed apart and head to opposite polls of the cell. Infact Anaphase is the stage of nuclear division rather than cell division and cell division is achieved by cytokinesis which may be by cell plate formation (as in case of many plants) or by furrowing (as in case of animal cells).
Cytoplasm and Caryoplasm. The nucleus is a rather conspicuous part of nearly every living plant cell. Its structure separated from the rest of the cell by the nuclear envelope, a membrane system that consists of two discrete membranes as can be seen on electromicroscopic images. The nuclear content is called the caryoplasm while that of the rest of the cell is called cytoplasm. But these terms are only valid at certain stages of a cell's life cycle. In the course of cell-division and mitosis, the nuclear envelope disintegrates and the nucleus is replaced by the chromosomes. It makes consequently no sense to speak of caryo- and cytoplasm during these stages.
G1 Phase (resting phase, also the longest), S phase (synthesis of DNA), G2 phase (cell syntheszes proteins needed for chromosome sorting and cell division), M phase (Mitosis- process of making 2 daughter cells and Cytokinesis - process of dividing the cytoplasm to produce 2 daughter cells.)
Sex cells, also called gametes, are created by meiosis, a type of cell division in which the daughter cells divide the DNA in the parent cell in half rather than replicating it and creating two identical cells.
