This question has no answer, for why would anyone want to fight on a hill? Most are much too steep. A bit dodgy, don't you think?
It is harder to ride a tricycle than a bicycle up a hill since a tricycle uses recumbent form of cycling. This will make it difficult to go up hill than a bicycle.
fire
Ingrid and the Wolf is definitely a harder book. I think this because i read both and Ingrid and the Wolf was a lot more mature than the secret of grim hill.
Gravity pulls it down and the weight of a car is less dense than a hill and therefore it goes down
No, it is about the same. McGraw Hill is trying to prep the students for the real test and to make sure they meet the state standards.

gravity is the one to blame . gravity pulls down the biker closer to earth so it goes faster going down and slower going down
Can you narrow it down? There was more than one 'attack' during WW2.
While, if the hill is 90 degrees, then it is a cliff. That is to say, that you are not receiving any "help" from the 90 degree hill. You are just lifting the object straight up. Whereas the 20 degree hill provides a ramp.
Because it is harder to shoot down.
