this isn't very detailed but simply the fat enters the bloody stream and begins to clot, it can clot in arteries, veins any where around the body and in the heart. When the blood cant get to the heart due to fat that clots in the chambers of the heart or in the veins and arteries that carry blood in and away from the heart this results in a heart attack. Also fat clots can also bring on carpal tunnel syndrome. But basically the fat blocks the veins and arteries. Hopefully this helps a little it isn't very good sorry.
