What is so important about school homework?

• Homework gives you the necessary practice so that you develop skills you can use and apply to different situations as an adult. For example, when you are stuck as a kid learning how to add, subtract, multiply and divide fractions and percents, you may simply hate having to figure out all those numbers. But when you buy your first car, first house, or have your first revolving charge card, you will need to know how the banks figure the interest they charge you so that a cup of cocoa you bought doesn't end up costing you $25.00 on a charge card!

It is important because you can practice what you are learning. i f you don't get it then that is an opportunity to ask the teacher or clarify on what you are learning. If you don't do it you may not know what to do on your test. it is also important not to cheat on homework. It will payoff unless you are doing something REALLY easy and have gotten it with no questions, you may think it's stupid but you need to do it, that will take you less time and you will keep your grade up.
