chlorophyll and carotenoid
One of the main adaptions is the range of pigments that absorb the light in plants. From the standard P680 and P700 pigments ( named for the absorption spectrum, in nanometers, they pick up in ) in the two photosystems to many different pigments in the array of pigments surrounding the reaction center. These pigments absorb light outside the red and blue range and they become visible when the leaves of plants turn colors in the fall.
betalains and anthocyanins..two types of betalains..betacyanins and betaxanthanins
I really do not know, so stop buggin me!!!!
A pigment is a material that changes the color of reflected or transmitted light as the result of wavelength-selective absorption. Green Pigments in plants, mainly Chlorophyll is an extremely important biomolecule, critical in Photosynthesis, which allows plants to obtain energy from light. It absorbs mostly blue light and then red light from the Electro-Magnetic Spectrum and reflects Green Light. So, all the plants are green in color and it got a name Green pigment. The green spectrum is dominated by copper phthalocyanine pigments. The common method to reach green is by mixing yellows and blues, the desired brightness and economics being the two main factors determining the best approach. Inorganic pigments play a comparatively insignificant role.

There are two types of flowering plants. These two types of flowering plants are the perennials and the annual flowering plants.
Two types of ocean plants are kelp, and anemones, and etc..
Plant Reproduction is important to man because asexual and sexual reproduction are the two types of reproduction and it helps tell about vascular and nonvasular plants and with out knowing why it's important you wouldn't know how plants reproduce and grow.
betalains and anthocyanins..two types of betalains..betacyanins and betaxanthanins
Light receptors are found in the eye. There are two types of receptors; rods and cones. Rods produce the black and white pigments and the Cones produce the color pigments.
no

Plants are highly diverse and their are several types of plants. Two major types of plants are Green Algae ( Charophyceans) and Land Plants. From their plants evolve into:Bryophytes: non-vascular plants: [Ex: liverworts, hornworts, mosses]Next diversifying into 2 types of Vascular Plants (Seedless & Seed)Lycophytes, Pterophytes : Seedless Vascular PlantsGymnosperm, Angiosperms: Seed Vascular Plants
Mosses and Liverworts.
