Buying a computer with a small hard-disk means... at some point in the future you will likely need to replace it with a larger one. This is (a) time consuming, (b) expensive and (c) inconvenient.

∙ 7y agoIf you have more hard disk capacity, that means that you can store more data. If you will only create Word and Excel documents (without much images), it probably won't matter (any new computer you buy today will have enough capability for that), but if (for example) you start collecting music or movies, a hard disk of (say) 500 GB = 0.5 TB will fill up rather quickly.
