Why is it in my 1st pregnancy my breasts were sore at 6 weeks but not with this pregnancy.I am now 6 weeks with the help of IVF.Can you also tell me when it is usually possible to see the heartbeat.?

All pregnancies are different. Most women never experience the same pregnancy symptoms with all their pregnancies.
It is usually possible to see the heart beat from at least 8 weeks up. Most doctor's will not do an ultrasound till you are at least past 8 weeks, and some won't even do an ultrasound till 20 weeks.
