Try increasing your Fiber intake (apples, salad, etc). These are typically just "filler" food as they have no calories and only take up space. They even attract extra proteins and fats and assist in pulling them out of the bowels.
The most important thing is DRINK ENOUGH WATER. Water is NO calories and provides the body with the needed sensation of being full. Which produces a chemical telling the brain. "I'm full" If you aren't full the brain tells the stomach to hurt and growl and get angry until you fill it up. So, make sure you are drinking a glass or three of water at your meals.
A average human being that does not do a single bit of excersize NEEDS to Drink a glass of water for every 15 pounds you weigh. So if you weigh 120 pounds make sure you drink at least 8 Glasses, 150 about 10 glasses, Etc. This is also banking on you eating a ACTUAL healthy diet. as about 20 percent of your water will come from the food you eat. (Salad, Fruit, meat, etc will all hold some varying amount of water. If you have a very dry diet. (alot of nuts and food of the sort) drink extra water.
Remember to drink more if you do activitys that make you sweat.
