Orthodox and Pentecostals do get along as people, but they agree to disagree over many theological issues. Getting along does not mean sharing each other's Liturgical practices, communion and sacraments, since the two groups vastly differ over these beliefs and many other issues. For example, the Orthodox Church considers itself to be the original New Testament Church that was established from the earliest days of Jesus Christ and the Apostles, and can trace its history right back to the year 33 AD. Whereas the Pentecostal groups were only established as late as the 20th century, from the early 1900's. So there is very real and important difference in the very foundation of the two groups. However, this does not mean the two can't get along and have meaningful dialogue. Sometimes, theological debates can become heated, but we must remember that each person is made in the image of God and should be treated accordingly. The Orthodox Church treats all people with respect, even if it does not agree with everyone's views, especially from groups that have only existed since recent times and criticize the Orthodox as being too dogmatic. It is important to remember that the Orthodox Church has preserved its beliefs intact for over 2,000 years, so it is understandable that some Orthodox people can become defensive when their views are attacked as unbiblical. Having biblical debates is fine, but we need to respect each other's opinions and try to learn from each other, and show love for one another. After all, our primary and most important duty as Christians is to love one another, as Jesus taught us. (John 13:35).
