well it's the same reason why some capricorns Aries sagitarius do or don't like kissing during sex.
the sun sign is not the only affect on a persons personality it is the WHOLE chart that matters moon placing venus,mars(planet of sex) houses specifically 8th house etc.
because of the exact date and even hour were born we are all very complicated individuals.
