Some people are just not very good at spelling or grammar. There are people of all ages asking questions. Just have patience and try to answer them to the best of your ability.

People keep asking more than one question a second. Also, there are more questioners than answerers, most likely. In addition, many of the questions are illegible or poorly written, or they are things that have no answer or are unable to be answered.

You forgot the comma between incomplete and grammatically. I would say, that it is because the majority of the questions asked are by those with English as a second language or adolescents. There is also the other point; that the majority of the questions asked can be answered by typing one phrase into Wikipedia.com
