They don't hate women they simply love themselves more than anything else. Which is why they are so horrible as people to be around. They take complete advantage and play others like puppets with no regard to feelings.
They are incapable of loving and feelings. They will always milk anyone who gets close enough to them and suck them completely dry to fulfill their needs only. They are considered to a point sociopaths, very scary.
