Take off the modual and coil pack take it to autozone they will test it free.
It should be on the fan shroud. If not, draw one before you take it off. If it is off, go to a used car lot and find a car like yours and draw your own schematic. Or it is in your owners manual or get a manual on your car from the parts store.

First thing you may want to check is for a clogged fuel filter

Yes you do have to take off the starter and the guard for the fly wheel... WIll not take you long at all. Loosen them all first and then take them out.. tighten to 15 ft lb of torque.. careful to not blow out the rubber gasket.. as well as take off the oil filter tool.
