A prophecy says the knights of Camelot lie under a big hill in Sommerset, England. This is Glastonbury Tor. They will rise, along with King Arthur, in the future when Britain reaches its time of crucial need. The king will bring peace to the land and reign once again.
King Arthur fought in twelve battles. There actually was one more battle, called the Final Battle. In it, King Arthur got fatally wounded and later died. Hope this helps!
No. There are no records of a King Arthur in England, certainly not in Anglo-Saxon England.
King Arthur was adopted at birth to hide him from Urthur's enemies. He was raised as a page boy and no one except Merlin knew of his noble birth. Sir Ector, his stepfather, was not told who Arthur was.
The story about King Arthur is called Excalibur. In the story King Arthur himself is the one who managed to pull the sword out of the stone. The name of the sword is Excalibur.

No. The legendary King Arthur who sometimes holds court at Camelot was the son of Uther Pendragon and is never called a Tudor. There were some other minor King Arthur in Britain several years later, but no one important. As being of Welsh descent and descended from nobility, the Tudors claimed to be heirs of Arthur. This is sometimes misrepresented as a claim that they were descendants of Arthur. However no-one, to my knowledge, as yet substantiated this second claim either from a reputable source or by providing a genealogy that would show how the Tudors were descended from Arthur.
According to the legend, Arthur was the son of King Uther Pendragon and proved this by pulling the sword from the stone when no one else could do it.
There are many books comprising the tales of King Arthur. Which book are you referring to? If you mean "Once and Future King" then you have to realize that it's comprised for 4 separate books. (Like "Lord of the Rings" is sometimes published in one volume but is three distinct books) So is "Once and Future King". The 4 books are: "Sword in the Stone", "Queen of Air and Darkness", "Ill-made Knight" and "The Candle in the Wind".
