If you were not to believe in life after death then when would justice take place.
for example many people do alot of wrong and evil things that hurt other people but this goes unseen, when will these people have there justice?
Similarly many people do alot of good and never get there reward, so the life after death will be the place for there reward, and justice.
That's why not only Muslims but most faiths belive in the Judgement day/hell/hevean etc.

Muslims believe in an Afterlife because the Qur'an explicitly talks about it. Q: 3:15 mentions what Paradise or Jenna will look like as do 5:119, 13:23-24, and numerous others. The Qur'an also explicitly discusses Hell or Jehennam in verses such as 2:161-162, 4:52, and 2:24, and numerous others. Since Muslims believe the Qur'an to be God's words, these verses stand as proof of an Afterlife to them.

∙ 14y agoLife after death should be important for everyone, because everyone will be accountable at Judgment Day. I his or her deeds are good, he or she will go to heaven otherwise hell.
Moreover, it is also important because in Islam, life after death is the real life. This life is a test for the hereafter. Almighty Allah says many times in Qur'an that we should worry about the next life and prepare for it and keep doing good deeds.
