In literature, anyone can express their feelings without being or feeling judge. What literature does, is that it allows us to confess how we're feeling. When it's only you, a pencil or pen, and a notebook or journal, your feelings and emotions are able to flow out. When your writing, and your feeling either angry or hopeless, those emotions start to appear in your writing. It's always good to express your emotions on literature, if your not able to express them vocally.
