Because the oldest and youngest ones are usually getting in trouble or making them proud and the youngest usually gets babied to much I really don't understand it but I'm a middle child my big brother was usually always in trouble and my little sister was always getting babied and mom always said I was to young to hang with my brother but to old to with my sister and I usually stayed home alone and she was usually to busy to notice when I was gone so I got away with so much stuff but when I did get in trouble I got it worst then they did and it sucked and was so not fair
