Because she is not a Christian. Well, most likely its cause she doesn't sing Christian songs.

Secondly (and sadly) since most "Christian" stations will grab any secular song with Jesus or God in it they will play it.(And pass it off as a Christian song)

Obviously none of her song have any reference to God.

Miley is a christian, however she has decided not to pursue a career in Christian Music. There is more money to be made in the secular industry. In terms of christian radio stations, yes they take secular songs, they by no means pass it off as christian. Many christian stations I know of play secular songs in an effort to attract listeners. They will not play songs full of drugs and swear words etc. Her dad Billy Ray after all did 8 christian albums
