When installing a cold air intake (CAI) on a 2012 Dodge Avenger, it is not always necessary to replace the mass air flow (MAF) sensor. However, if the CAI significantly alters airflow characteristics, it may affect the MAF readings and potentially require recalibration or replacement for optimal performance. It's advisable to monitor the vehicle's performance and consult with a professional if issues arise.

I would say e-bay. I just bought a cold air intake for $19.99 with $23.00 shipping. I got it installed today in around and hour. When you start it up and let it idle or accelerate quickly it sounds mean!
