Sounds like a starter or battery problem, possibly wiring problem
Weak battery? Loose or corroded battery terminals? Engine seized? Bad starter? Bad starter solenoid? Bad neutral switch?
Probably it's a low battery, though it could be a bad starter. You are probably hearing the starter solenoid clicking.
Clicking usually is a sign of a bad battery or starter
One or both of you're drive axle bearings is dry
apparently you failed 7th grade english... Please restate this question in proper form to make sense
Low coolant? Cooling fan not working? Water pump not circulating coolant? Radiator plugged or restricted? Thermostat not opening? Coolong system air bound?
If the 1992 Dodge Caravan won't start but makes a clicking noise, it is probably a combination of things. The starter solenoid is making the battery go dead between starts. Replace both and the problem should be solved.
clicking
central airconditioner makes a clicking noise when running? any idea what to check?
Clicking your fingers refers to the action of snapping your fingers together to create a sharp sound. This is usually done by quickly bringing your thumb and another finger (usually the middle finger) together, causing friction and producing the clicking sound. It is often used to get someone's attention or as a form of expression or rhythm.

When you hear a clicking noise is most likely a battery problem however you stated that the battery was replaced so i suggest you check the condition of your cables look for rust or corrosion etc.
