What if your Dodge Stratus won't start and makes a clicking noise?

Probably it's a low battery, though it could be a bad starter. You are probably hearing the starter solenoid clicking.

We went into the store and came out and it wouldn't start. It makes a clicking sound when you try to start it. What would cause my 1999 Dodge Stratus to not start?

Clicking usually is a sign of a bad battery or starter

What makes a 1998 dodge stratus run hot?

maybe the fan doesn't work or the thermostat is not good

2006 Dodge Stratus with only 65000 miles and now the front end driver's side squeaks and makes noise if I turn the wheel and also when I am driving or starting and stopping Suspension?

The diagram of location of battery of 1998 dodge stratus?

I do not have a diagram, but I do have a '98 Dodge Stratus. My battery is in front of the driver's side front tire. You have to put the car up on jacks and remove the driver's side front tire, then remove a plastic cover plate, and the battery will be behind that. It's incredibly difficult and it makes no sense to me, but there you have it.

What makes a Dodge Caravan sputter and cut out after driving a while?

Could be a plugged fuel filter.

Where should you investigate if your 1999 Dodge Stratus makes a rumbling noise that seems to coincide with the speed of the tires rotating only when you turn left?

sounds like a bad wheel bearing

If a mechanic told you i had a wire missing somewhere on your 2000 dodge stratus that makes it stutter and has trouble up hills what wire may cause this?

I would think he probably means a plug wire.

How do you change the front rotors on a 2001 dodge stratus se?

i dont kno if it makes a difference but on my stratus sedan all i did was take the caliper off and the rotor slides right off. if it doesnt slide off and the rotors grooved just beat it with a hammer at the top and botttom and it should wiggle off.

1998 Dodge Intrepid wont start right away on cold mornings it makes a clicking noise?

Sounds like a starter or battery problem, possibly wiring problem

What happens when a 92 caravan wont start but makes a clicking noise repeatedly though it will start with a jump?

If the 1992 Dodge Caravan won't start but makes a clicking noise, it is probably a combination of things. The starter solenoid is making the battery go dead between starts. Replace both and the problem should be solved.
