Check your electric fan and see if it works, if it doesn't then theres your problem for both.
It requires the dealer's scan tool.
There are 2 screws on the assembly. The center one is for aim adjustment.

No. The axle shafts are directly connected to the wheel hub which is what the wheel bolts to. There is no disconnect anywhere in the front axle. The only disconnect is in the transfer case.

There is no jeep wrangler for that year. There is however Jeep grand Cherokee. If your talking about the grand Cherokee. yes the windshield are the same from 1999-2004. There is a difference in the windshield when it come to a chrokee and a grand Cherokee. ^^ not sure what the heck he's smoking, but it must be good. the answer to your question is all tj's (97-06) have the same dimensions for the windshield. possibly different on earlier wranglers (yj's) and definitely different on the newer ones (jk's)
There are many reasons why a Jeep Wrangler is overheating. A leak in the radiator system will cause overheating. Too much pressure in the engine can cause overheating. A bad water pump or thermostat could cause overheating. The transmission can also cause overheating if it is leaking.
It is probably your fan. Check and make sure your fan is kicking on. Jeeps tend to have problems with their fans not working. If it does not overheat when you are moving but it does when you are sitting still then it is probably the fan.
