Check the thermostat, it may be stuck in place.
I suggest you take your car to the dealer and they might be able to fix the problem.

Check the fan clutch, it may not be working properly.
If it's overheating only in town, but running fine down the highway, it's probably that your radiator fan isn't coming on. Could be a bad sensor, relay or fan motor.
If your engine is overheating rapidly it could be because your fan belt is broken If the fan belt is broken, your car will over heat.
Your Accord is overheating. The fan is running to try and cool the engine off. seek professional help immediately before you destroy the engine.
Are you sure its the rad? BMW suffered from viscous fan failure. Symptoms were overheating in stationary traffic but ok when driving along.
Is the secondary radiator fan coming on when the AC is turned on?
Your oil is probably leaking. If the car is old, then it's likely to be scrap!
It MAY help with the overheating problem....but you really need to find out why it's overheating. Blown head gasket, stuck thermostat, bad water pump, fan not coming on, etc.
