Check for abnormal bumps, for starters. Don't panic or go to a doctor; it could simply be just a stubborn bruise. If it was only 1.76 inches off the ground, it's probably just a bruise that's still a little sensitive. That's not high enough to have fractured anything, unless you have brittle bone disease and it was a full shampoo bottle. It's likely just a bruise/sore spot that isn't done healing yet.

Each pregnancy is different. Personally I find strange you're complaining about not hurting during a pregnancy. But, my advice? See a GP.
It depends on your hair, after you shampoo your hair it will go back to it natural state. So I would keep it for two weeks, then shampoo it, because the hair will be dirty.
