Why is my foot hurting after a shampoo bottle fell on my foot about 2 weeks ago from about 1.76 inches?

Check for abnormal bumps, for starters. Don't panic or go to a doctor; it could simply be just a stubborn bruise. If it was only 1.76 inches off the ground, it's probably just a bruise that's still a little sensitive. That's not high enough to have fractured anything, unless you have brittle bone disease and it was a full shampoo bottle. It's likely just a bruise/sore spot that isn't done healing yet.
