If he calms down in a couple of hours you have nothing to worry about, if not get him to an EXOTIC vet asap.If She/He has been eating well it may well be fine.It is normal for a guinea pig aged 5 to breath heavily but you are best seeing a vet just in case
Your Guinea pig will run into a covered area and just stand there. Also, sometimes guinea pigs will begin breathing quite fast so avoid loud noises or making it jump when your near it.

A guinea pig wouldn't need a collar unless you were to walk it, which is not common for many reasons. So yes, a guinea pig can have a collar, but I do not suggest it.
Yes I think so my Guinea pig had babies and we don't think she came in contact with a male
Spend time with your guinea pig everyday , etc, grooming, rubbing , ...and so on .
my guinea pig ate it and was fine and he liked it so yes they can have pears :)
When I got my guinea pig, we didn't know she was pregnant, so about a month later, my sister got one that wasn't pregnant. It was a little less that a month after that that my guinea pig had 2 babies. During that time, though, Molly, the pregnant guinea pig, was acting very territorial, and Milly, the non pregnant guinea pig, was staying by herself and not having anything to do with Molly. So make sure that if you put a pregnant guinea pig with a non pregnant guinea pig, that the non pregnant guinea pig is a girl, or else there WILL be trouble.
When you first buy your guinea pig it may be nervous to its new surroundings so you shouldn't touch or hold your guinea pig pig for the first couple of days.
when a guinea pig gives birth, it gives birth in peace, so your guinea pig will probably give birth while you're asleep. i don't know how painful it is for the guinea pig, but you probably won't see her in it
A guinea pig may be unwell if he or she doesn't eat. The guinea pig may be stressed, have a vitamin deficiency, or some other problem or illness, so the guinea pig should be taken to a vet.
This is a sign of serious illness, so take your guinea pig to a vet pronto.
Genuinly, the rat will try to KILL the guinea pig, so dont mix them.
Yes they can so don't get worried if you hear your guinea pig making hiccuping noises
Technically yes cause A hamsters a rodent and so is a guinea pig. But A guinea pig is a lot larger then a hamster but if you had a guinea pig and a hamster I suggest you not to put them together.
Well, i have a guinea pig and he had gas. So whatever i fed him in the past week i stopped, so try doing that.
If your guinea pig is an old male, he may have weakened muscles near his bottom so he can't poo. You have to push it out with a friend so one can hold the guinea pig and the other can get the faeces out.
Rabbit food has differnet nutritional values than guinea pig food so if fed the guinea pig is missing important nutrition.
